soarqin ff7ce158cc fix(UXAssist): enable AutoConstruct patch on setting change ...

- Rename ImmediateBuildPatch to FactoryBuildPatches
- Rename AutoConstructButton to AutoConstructPatch
- AutoConstructButtonEnabled now toggles the Harmony patch instead of only refreshing UI visibility
- Preserve AutoConstructEnabled state when the button option is toggled
